What sets us apart
The Groenenboom family business was founded in 1986. Our colleagues that worked here from the start will retire in coming years. But the mere fact that they worked here all this time says it all! We have a team of about 35 employees. There are no differences between starters, interns, flex workers or veteran colleagues. We get things done together!
Training courses we offer…
We greatly value personal development. Training means investing in our employees and our company.
At Groenenboom, every new employee will start an SCC and forklift course within 3 months after the start of their employment.
Our employees take various courses and programmes every year. Whether you want to get your B driving license, or enrol in a course in MIG Stainless-Steel welding, it’s all open for discussion! Every month, we have a toolbox meeting. In 2022, we had toolbox meetings about physical strain, container inspection and working with grinders, among others.
We have planned some great training programmes for next year as well!
