Container and Reefer Repair
We are highly innovative in our approach to repairing damaged containers and reefers, enabling you to save significantly on not having to buy new. In addition, our modifications are preventative. Our improvements ensure that there is less risk of damage in the future and you will therefore benefit from a longer container life cycle.
Our experienced team of welders working in 27 covered workshops are able to deal with even the most serious damage. We will find an appropriate solution for any problem. Glueing, foaming, straightening and insulating: we can handle the complete repair process. Spray painting, blast cleaning and applying lettering are all available, ensuring your damaged container or reefer returns to you as new.
Reefers
We are specialised in repairing heavy damage to reefers, using all our creativity. For instance:
- Insulation by means of innovative glueing processes, sandwich panels or using a foam machine
- Repairs (straightening, removing dents, getting to ISO)
- Delaminating floors using special glue techniques
- Welding: our digital impulse welding machine allows us to weld stainless steel and aluminium, both on the interior and the exterior of the container. We take on thin plating (1 mm).

On site
Mobile container repair service
Our mobile container repair service carries out repairs and inspections on site at our customer’s location. A team of certified technicians will visit your site with the necessary tools. In case of container damage we will draw up a clear quotation. We also carry out compactor maintenance and inspections.
Certificates
We repair to ISO standards and are able to carry out Pre-trip Inspections for your reefer. Our methods are totally transparent: we carry out all work on quotation basis, using the container number as our reference. Our engineers have the following certificates: VCA, CSC (Container Safety Convention), lift truck, scaffold truck, working safely at height and safe hoisting.
