As a family business with more than 38 years of experience, located in Oosterhout (North Brabant), we supply high-quality, custom-made containers and we have a unique paint shop. For our Battery Storage Project at Moerdijk Power Station, Groenenboom Container Service delivered and installed 10 fully customized 10 ft High Cube containers. They were awarded the contract through a European tender, thanks to their excellent quality-to-cost ratio.
The main challenge was ensuring full watertightness under internal water pressure, as required for submersion of Li-ion batteries. Groenenboom proved to be an innovative, flexible, and skilled partner, with strong engineering, clear communication, and great perseverance.

Groenenboom Container Repair professionally carried out the refurbishment program for our 30 ft Dry Bulk BIB containers in Oosterhout.
Since the start of the project in 2021, a total of 450 containers have been successfully restored from poor to near-new condition. The work is carried out to a high standard: each container is first sandblasted, allowing for a thorough assessment and repair process.

Wij als firma Liqal werken al jaren samen met Groenenboom. Wat wij erg waarderen van hen als leverancier, is dat ze meedenken, bijvoorbeeld als wij aanpassingen aan de containers willen. En als wij met een krappe deadline zitten qua leverdatum, wordt er altijd gekeken en overlegd wat er mogelijk is. Vaak is er dan veel mogelijk wat ons weer helpt. Ook de flexibiliteit met het afroepen van containers is prettig. Als een container klaar is, maar wij ‘m nog niet direct nodig hebben, doen zij niet moeilijk als ie wat langer blijft staan. Kortom, we zijn super tevreden met Groenenboom.
